Our dedicated Experience Rooms are a fantastic way to try out and compare new gear, but if you want a bit of extra help choosing your equipment in the comfort of your own surroundings, we will happily come to you. Our friendly experts will visit your home or place of work, free of charge (distance from store is at the manager’s discretion).
Visiting helps us understand your needs
Our free on-site surveys are a great way for us to really get to know you, see the space and understand your goals. We can then put our many years of experience to work and help you achieve the outcome you’re looking for.
You’ll be visited by someone who not only knows all about audio and visual entertainment, but who also knows how to make new systems work beautifully in real homes and places of work.
Tailor-made recommendations
We can make bespoke recommendations that suit you and your space perfectly, including custom installation options. We may even be able to bring equipment with us to demonstrate, so you can see and hear how potential purchases will work with existing equipment, or just get an idea of how they will look in your living room or boardroom, for example.
We can recommend equipment off the shelf or help you design the perfect set-up, whether that’s a simple solution or the system of your dreams. If you do decide on the latter, our Custom Installation team manages the whole process. We handle everything, so it’s seamless and stress-free.
Aftercare
We’ll help with the all-important basics, like how to get the most out of your new purchases. We offer 6-year guarantees on a wide range of products so you can have peace of mind for the long term (3 years for commercial warranties), and we can provide a Health Check once your system has been in place for a while, to make sure it’s performing optimally.
