    As one of the most respected manufacturers of PVRs (Personal Video Recorders), Humax have excelled themselves yet again.

    The Humax PVR9300T follows on from its predecessors with improved functionality and an even larger hard disc drive. With a massive 320GB hard drive, the PVR9300T is one of the most capacious recorders in its class. In fact, it's so capacious that it will happily hold up to 200 hours of recordings.

    Yet there's so much more to the PVR9300T than mere storage. Twin Freeview tuners give a wide range of recording and viewing options. One can watch one channel while recording another or even record two channels simultaneously while playing back a previous recording! Furthermore, the combination of twin tuners and hard drive allows live TV to be paused, rewound and even edited. Twin tuners also allow for picture in picture - perfect for keeping an eye on the football or lottery results whilst watching another program. Other useful features include a CI card interface for pay TV services. The fitment of an RS232 socket means that any software upgrades are easily accessible via your PC. Over The Air (OTA) software upgrades are also possible. Either way, you can be assured that your Humax PVR will always perform to the best of its abilities.

    Useful sockets include an optical digital output and RCA phono outs - ideal for connecting the PVR9300T to a home cinema or hi-fi system. You may have thought that all this technology would be bulky and awkward to use. You'd be wrong. Although large in memory, the PVR9300T is small in size. It also utilises user friendly menus to make accessing the technology simplicity itself.

    For recording and playback of TV in the digital age, the Humax has it all. Just add TV and cinema sound for the ultimate TV experience!

Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:

    Full parts and labour cover
    Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.

    Pick up and drop off at your home
    If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.

    Like for like machine replacement if unit is unrepairable
    Have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 5 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).

    45 Day Cooling Off Period
    If you're not happy with our 5 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

    If you don't use it, it won't cost you a thing!

    * Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty.

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All orders are shipped via our friends at DPD, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

    If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
    less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

    Delivery occurs within 5 working days (unless ordered on a 1-3 working days service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

    All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

    If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.

     
    DELIVERY TRACKING

    Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail (usually the day before delivery) from DPD containing your tracking information. Please note that this does not apply to plasma screens or accessories such as remote controls, cables, leads etc.
