It may be fantastic value for money, but there's nothing cheap about the way the Toshiba 32AV615 performs. The Toshiba 32AV615 is fitted with their Active Vision processor for high performance viewing. So that it's all set for the HD revolution, the Toshiba 32AV615 is HD Ready - perfect for Sky or freesat HD plus most games consoles which now also output in HD. With its high quality screen and picture processor, the Toshiba 32AV615 offers a crisp, realistic picture with excellent contrast ratio and brightness for the price. It might not be up to LED standards, but compared to similarly priced no name brands, it's streets ahead.

In addition to above average picture quality, the sound is a cut above, too. The bass boost system prevents the TV from sounding too tinny, whilst the 20 watts power output drives the TV to reasonable levels in larger rooms. Despite this, we'd still recommend getting a separate home cinema system to get the best sound!

The Toshiba 32av615 certainly doesn't compromise when it comes to sockets. Three HDMI sockets are ample for most and this is backed up by twin SCARTs, component, S-video and a PC input. Furthermore, there's also a headphone socket for when you want to watch TV without disturbing others.

Boasting a slim, gloss black bezel, the Toshiba could easily pass for a more expensive TV. At just 91 mm deep, it's also less deep than many budget rivals. What a result!

Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:

  • Full parts and labour cover If your unit goes wrong we'll fix it. No quibbles and no fuss.
  • Pick up and drop off at your home Carting a screen around can be a tricky business. To save you any unnecessary hassle, should your screen need repairing, we'll pick it up from your home and return it as soon as it's ready. (LCD under 32" return to store)
  • Like for like machine replacement if unit is unrepairable If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
  • 45 Day Cooling Off Period If you're not happy with our 5 Year TV Guarantee package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via our friends at City Link, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

Delivery occurs within 5 working days. If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.
