    Danish company, Jamo, are renowned for their high quality hi-fi speakers and it's this expertise they bring to the A102 surround sound speaker package. What marks this speaker package out is the quality of design for the price. Each satellite speaker uses the same 3 inch woofer and 0.75 inch tweeter. With the tweeter being mounted in-line with the woofer, this not only makes for super-compact units but also for a highly focused sound quality. Furthermore, this not only gives an excellent clarity of sound, but also ensures that the timbre of sound is constant right around the sound stage. All the satellite and centre speakers come with wall brackets, allowing them to be tilted towards the listeners for an even more precise sound.

    Matching the compact satellite speakers is a plain but powerful subwoofer. Mating a 200-watt amplifier to a quality 8-inch woofer gives this unassuming subwoofer some serious clout. Although powerful, its slim width makes it easy to place, as does the auto power on/off function. Level, cut off and phase controls gives the Jamo Sub 200 all the control you'd expect from a quality subwoofer.

    The Jamo A102 not only boasts class-leading sound quality, it looks good, too. The satellite speakers are finished in gloss black; a finish chosen to match most flat screen TVs. Their smoothly curved casings also make them even more attractive in a living room environment.

    • Free Loan Machine (only if taken back into store) Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
    • Like for like machine replacement if unit is unrepairable If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
    • Free Routine Servicing / Maintenance Checks Have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 5 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
    • 45 Day Cooling Off Period If you're not happy with our 5 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All orders are shipped via our friends at City Link, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

    If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
    less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

    Delivery occurs within 5 working days. If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

    All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

    If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.
