    The Mordaunt Short Aviano follows on from the enormously successful Avant range and features a raft of technical enhancements from the Mordaunt Short Performance speakers.

    The Mordaunt Short Aviano 5.1 is a top quality, fully matched home cinema speaker system. Featuring the latest generation CPC aluminium woofer in all its speakers, the Aviano 5.1 has that characteristic detail and crispness throughout the mid-range and bass that Mordaunt Short has become famous for. Helping the sonic precision and dynamic response even further is a new woofer brace. This internal cabinet bracing not only strengthens the cabinet but also supports the woofer, allowing it to perform to its very best ability. Mordaunt Short has paid particular attention to driver matching for a more cohesive sound. For this reason, the aluminium tweeter features a revised mounting plate for a more seamless integration with the mid-range. The cabinets themselves are incredibly rigid for this class of speaker, internally braced and made from high density MDF. It gives the drive units the best support possible and manages not to contribute its own "voice" to the sound quality in a detrimental way. As you'd expect, high quality, bi-wirable crossovers feature on all speakers and enable you to improve the sound still further.

    The Mordaunt Short Aviano 7 subwoofer brings bass into the range. Perfectly designed to match the other Aviano speakers, the Aviano 7 uses advanced technologies for a stunning bass response. Like the rest of the Aviano range, the 7 uses an aluminium bass cone. This 10" cone not only goes deep but also offers a level of control and bass texture almost unheard of in similarly priced paper-coned rivals. To ensure the woofer is kept in check, Mordaunt Short has specified a powerful 175 watt digital amplifier. The cabinet itself is incredibly rigid for this class of subwoofer, internally braced and made from high density MDF. In addition to its class-leading sound quality, the Aviano 7 is impressively efficient. Using less than 1 watt of power in standby mode, the Aviano 7 has been awarded Energy Star certification for its energy efficiency.

    In terms of sound quality, the Aviano 5.1 is one of, if not the, best in its class. In terms of dynamic scale, realism of sound, bass depth and timing there's little, if anything, that can keep up at this price.

    For a no-compromise 5.1 speaker system, the Aviano 5.1 is a class apart.

    Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.

    Pick up and drop off at your home
    If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.

    Like for like machine replacement if unit is unrepairable
    Have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 5 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).

    45 Day Cooling Off Period
    If you're not happy with our 5 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

    If you don't use it, it won't cost you a thing!

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All orders are shipped via our friends at DPD, except high value desirable items such as plasma and LCD TVs over 37 inches, which are sent fully insured with a specialist carrier.

    If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is
    less than £500. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

    Delivery occurs within 5 working days (unless ordered on a 1-3 working days service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order email webaftersales@richersounds.com providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

    All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

    If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible.

     
    DELIVERY TRACKING

    Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail (usually the day before delivery) from DPD containing your tracking information. Please note that this does not apply to plasma screens or accessories such as remote controls, cables, leads etc.
