AN INTRODUCTION TO THE MANCHESTER (DEANSGATE) STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Manchester (Deansgate)!
Our newest store is NOW OPEN and packed to the rafters with great AV and hi-fi bargains. The store is located directly across from the great northern leisure complex/AMC cinema on Deansgate and is only 100 metres away from the Beetham Tower/Hilton Hotel which can be seen as far away as Liverpool!

Although this is our newest store the friendly team that greets you has over 35 years experience in fantastic customer service and all aspects of hi-fi and AV, so pop in for a chat and a brew and check out our lovely demo room. The store is also fully air conditioned for your comfort. The Manchester store also has many systems wired up in the shop for demo purposes and we are always happy to demo particular units at a prearranged time so please do not hesitate to call.

Richer Sounds Manchester will pay your parking! There are 25 parking bays on St John's Street right next to the store. Parking is very easy to access and the colleagues will carry your goods to your car for you, it's our pleasure. If you prefer to park further a field, you can pull up in front of the store to load and we will keep an eye on your car for you.

The nearest Metro link stop is Victoria when coming on the Bury line or St Peter's Square when coming from Eccles/Altrincham.
The nearest train stations are Salford central (located behind the store) and Deansgate (roughly 300 metres away at the end of Deansgate).

Gareth, Store Manager
Hailing from North Wales, our resident rugby fan started at the Cardiff store and somehow ended up here. Another trained sound engineer and bass player, he’s the man to seek out if sound quality is your main concern, but he’s just as at home with a big TV or anything else tech-y really.
Chris, Deputy Manager
Rumour has it that Chris was not born, but hatched from an egg and was raised by wolves. He likes beards, bikes, bass guitars and coffee, dislikes the incorrect use of apostrophes and knows almost everything about TVs, hi-fis and home cinema. Come and ask him things, he doesn't bite...
James, Sales Consultant
James is our hi-fi expert. A former employee of Russ Andrews and full time tweaker, James is brimming with the right knowledge to help you get the best from your product. James can often be found trawling websites (the hi-fi ones!) for the latest gossip or playing with all the new products in our demo room. In his spare time he likes to sell stuff on eBay and spend some quality time with his dog Flyn.
Dave, Sales Advisor
Dave comes from the small town of Glossop, were he is the local jazz and funk expert. This helps him give expert advice when it comes to hi-fi. In has spare time dave loves old 50's B films. If you're after the best deals on hi-fi or AV, come and have a word with this friendly chap.
Johnny, Sales Advisor
Johnny, the newest colleague for Deansgate. He has two passions in his life. The first is all thing film. From making them to going to see them. If you're in the market for a new home cinema, come and see Johnny! The second is deep sea fishing… this is why he's grown his beard - for those long nights at sea.
Gen, Career Key-Timer
Gen has been travelling the world on cruise ships for many years and has now come home to start her university courses. She's here to help out, so whatever your requirements, come down today and she'll sort you out!
