AN INTRODUCTION TO THE MANCHESTER (DEANSGATE) STORE AND ITS STAFF

Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Manchester (Deansgate)!
Our newest store is NOW OPEN and packed to the rafters with great AV and hi-fi bargains. The store is located directly across from the great northern leisure complex/AMC cinema on Deansgate and is only 100 metres away from the Beetham Tower/Hilton Hotel which can be seen as far away as Liverpool!

Although this is our newest store the friendly team that greets you has over 35 years experience in fantastic customer service and all aspects of hi-fi and AV, so pop in for a chat and a brew and check out our lovely demo room. The store is also fully air conditioned for your comfort. The Manchester store also has many systems wired up in the shop for demo purposes and we are always happy to demo particular units at a prearranged time so please do not hesitate to call.

Richer Sounds Manchester will pay your parking! There are 25 parking bays on St John's Street right next to the store. Parking is very easy to access and the colleagues will carry your goods too your car for you, it's our pleasure. If you prefer to park further a field, you can pull up in front of the store to load and we will keep an eye on your car for you.

The nearest Metro link stop is Victoria when coming on the Bury line or St Peter's Square when coming from Eccles/Altrincham.
The nearest train stations are Salford central (located behind the store) and Deansgate (roughly 300 metres away at the end of Deansgate).

MEET THE TEAM

Nathan, Store Manager
Nathan is currently spending most of his days trying to recover from his football training. The rest of us think he's a bit past it, but he's dedicated to it, which is the same way he feels about his store. The football mad Evertonian from Yorkshire is the business, the store is his pride and joy and he certainly makes sure the rest of his team at Manchester Deansgate are well aware of the fact. He has over a decade of service with us at Richer Sounds and has an excellent grounding in all aspects of hi-fi, home cinema and TV.
Phil, Deputy Manager
Phil fancies him self as a budding Peter Kay. He sees the funny side of any situation. Formerly an Everton FC (school of excellence) youth player, until a serious knee injury put pay to his football career and thankfully sparked an unexpected transfer to team "Richer". So if football or hi-fi are on your agenda or you just fancy a laugh give him a shout and I'm sure he'll be happy to help.
Liam, Sales Consultant
We stumbled across Liam 'Mr Sheen' Dawson at the unlikely place of JD Sports. His desire to impress seemed to good to miss out on so we carried him away to put his talents to good use. He's settled in well and is a great asset to all of us and with his cleaning obsession keeps the shop looking great. Pop in and see Liam for the best deal in the land on hi-fi, home cinema or a big screen TV his knowledge on all three is second to none along with his winning smile.
Ed, Installations / Sales Consultant
Ed joined Richer Sounds this year to undertake all install duties and on site quotations. He is a qualified joiner and loves to build things however big or small (inc Lego). Ed loves nothing more than to pop round to customers houses and spec out a system tailored for their needs, this is a fantastic personal touch which gives you, the customer, an unrivalled service and excellent value for money. Pop down to our Deansgate store or give Ed a ring on the phone and he will pop round to your home. He's looking forward to hearing from you.
Will, Sales Consultant
The baby of the family here at Richer Sounds, this handsome young college boy is a very helpful member of the team, every young girl's dream. Will likes to go to church on Sundays, plays his flute in the church choir and never swears. Please check out this profile after a few months because when Phil our Deputy Manager has finished with him he will have him chewing the dirt and spitting blood like a man! God help him.
Seb, Sales Advisor
Straight out of five long years at Manchester University, Seb can now be found spreading the gospel that is Richer Sounds. Being a general jack of all trades, Seb is happy to help with anything from home cinema to Hi Fi.
When not involved in competitive sports Seb can be found sitting in his pants watching films or destroying the place listening to lots of reggae or drum & bass.
Alex, Sales Advisor
Alex joined Richer Sounds as a runner in the winter of 2004. He quickly moved from runner up to Sales as he gained a lot of knowledge from studying magazines and undertaking Richer Sounds famous training seminars. Alex has a keen interesting in music and regards himself as a master DJ, he's played at various bars and clubs around Manchester. He is currently studying graphic design at Manchester University and he can draw expert wiring diagrams for hi-fi, AV and TV.
