  Dale, Store Manager

  Dale is the manager of the Newcastle branch of Richer Sounds for a good reason - THE BUCK STOPS HERE! If there is anything Dale doesn't know about our products, it probably isn't worth knowing. D.I.Y. and Datsun obsessive, Dale is also a huge fan of our local football teams. Hi-fi is Dale's passion - so if you have any specific needs for your new home hi-fi set-up, give Dale a call and he will be extremely happy to help in anyway he can. Dale has the amazing ability to always be right, so for a definitive answer on any technical quandry, don't hesitate to ask to speak to the manager in-store today.

  Ian, Deputy Manager

  Having spent a while in the business Ian knows a thing or two about home cinema! If he's not watching obscure art-house films on his own system, he's boring his friends and family talking about it. With excellent technical knowledge and a passion for all things sight and sound, Ian will attempt to answer even the most challenging of questions. Ian is walking proof that even if you have absolutely terrible taste in music, with a good hi-fi it can sound rocking!

A fitness & fashion fanatic, our in-store superstar DJ has a broad taste in music and a wealth of knowledge in relation to music production. As a music producer, Colin appreciates a wide spectrum of tastes so he is in the right position to advise you on any of your home entertainment needs - whether it be hi-fi, TV or home cinema.   Dom's early years wearing down his thumbs playing computer games were not entirely wasted; his legendary Tetris skills are put to good use fitting large amounts of stock into small places. Known affectionately as DT005, Dom will do whatever he can to meet your hi-fi and home cinema needs: tell him your extravagant/crazy ideas and Dom'll find a way to realise them. His colleagues seem to think he looks like Geoff Goldblum, but as Dom sees the world in Tetris-shapes, he can't be sure.

  22 year old Euan ventured up into the North East from Cheshire to study, but thought the place was so great he's decided to stay. An all round technology fanatic and passionate musician, Euan plays guitar and listens to anything from crusty old Beatles tunes to real heavy stuff.   Paul, Stockroom Controller

  Our not quite human stockroom controller is Paul aka 'THE BEAST'. Paul doesn't have a national insurance number, we actually found him in a skip, searching for some speaker cable to clean his teeth with! We invited him in to stay and carry 50 inch plasmas out to customers' cars a while ago - and guess what - he's still here doing it now! Strong as an Ox, quick as a cheetah and daft as a brush, Paul is an essential part of the Richer Sounds Newcastle Team!
