  Ten years experience and counting; Neil is madder than a barrel full of monkeys. This retired DJ will astound you with his knowledge of just about anything from phono pre-amps to the merits of digital video connections.

  As a long-standing member of the Richer Sounds family (that's long not tall) Toby possesses the knowledge and expertise to delight you in every nook and cranny of home entertainment. With ten years under his belt he knows how to tailor to your individual needs and requirements - just don't wear platforms around him!

  Kieren, Sales Consultant

  Kieren re-joins the company after an 8 year absence (They can't stay away). Getting straight back to his love for selling hi-fi, Kieren is sure to make you feel welcome and cater for all your needs. (Well, nearly all your needs.)

  Adam, Sales Advisor

  Adam is a long serving member of the Richer Sounds team. As a fond music lover you will find him playing with all the latest stereo equipment or in a bar listening to a band. He is also an impressive golfer with a handicap of 2. Whatever it is you need, come and see Adam, he'll be sure to help out. Just don't mess up his hair in the process!

  Dan has moved up from stockroom controller to a fully fledged sales advisor. He is very keen and happy to help in any way possible. His bright and bubbly personality is sure to make your visit a special one. PS. I took this from his online dating profile!

  Completing his first full year of service, Paul works with us on a part time basis. We share him with our Leicester branch where he (sometimes) attends university. Now known to us as 'Guns' for his passion for body building. If he's not in his lectures he's probably down the gym flexing his pecs to any lucky ladies (or lads) that pass his way.

  James is our newest member of the family. He does 4 days a week with us, returning from the states as a stand-in for Side Show Bob from 'The Simpsons'. James has a fascination for making music and will be able to find the answer to any technical question posed to him.

  Satnam, Senior Engineer

  Richer Sounds in Reading accommodates a fully qualified engineer. Satnam has heaps of experience in the trade. Fixing more things than Jimmy Saville's had hot dinners. If you need anything repaired its worth a call to see if we can help. Out of warranty repairs have an initial estimate charge of £40 - parts and labour will be added depending on the fault. Repairs can be booked in 7 days a week with any colleague in-store.
