The original Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin redefined what could be expected of an iPod speaker. Stunning style met with typical Bowers & Wilkins class-leading sound quality to produce a speaker that took the market by storm. The latest Zeppelin takes the same, timeless ‘cigar’ silhouette style and bespoke drive unit configuration but adds the latest, wireless connectivity.

No surprise, then, that the speakers in the Zeppelin are some of the best in the business. Double Dome tweeters, as used in the 600 Series Anniversary speakers, produce first-rate clarity. FST technology helps give the mid-range superb vocal realism. The bass has its own dedicated woofer, giving this compact speaker a presence of sound beyond its dimensions.
Stream your way
Built into the latest Zeppelin, you’ll find AirPlay 2, Bluetooth aptX Adaptive and direct access to Spotify Connect (Premium account required). This makes it quick and easy to stream music straight from your music device – be it Apple, Android or other Bluetooth enabled music source.
Control your music services under one ‘roof’, with the Bowers & Wilkins Music app
The easiest way to access music on your Zeppelin is via the Bowers & Wilkins Music app. This brings together a wide range of streaming services, all under central control. It’s currently compatible with Deezer, NTS Radio, Qobuz, SoundCloud, TIDAL and TuneIn, with others being added soon. Search for the artist, album or song you want and you’re offered content from all the services you subscribe to. Over time, the app learns your music tastes, helping it tailor the results to best suit you.
Voice control via Alexa
Built-in Amazon Alexa voice control lets you play your favourite music by simple voice command. A first for Bowers & Wilkins, Alexa support makes this a speaker the whole family can use – even if they don’t have a smartphone.
Now with Hi-res playback
The first Zeppelin able to play Hi-res music files, this stylish design is now able to stream music files up to 24-bit resolution. With more and more music services now offering Hi-resolution music options, there’s never been a better time to go Hi-res.
Multi-room playback*
Due soon, via over-the-air upgrade, the Zeppelin will be able to be used as part of an all-Zeppelin multi-room music system. Alternatively, it will also work as part of a Bowers & Wilkins Formation multi-room system (although not combined in a 2.1 or 5.1 AV configuration). Use the Bowers & Wilkins app to play the same music around your home or different music in separate rooms.
