Using a larger 8 inch Polycellulose woofer unit, the Stage 280C delivers a deeper, punchy sound than most in-ceiling speakers. The long-throw woofer pushes the sound well into your room, immersing you in the audio and giving the feeling of being ‘there’, enveloped by the experience. At 90dB sensitivity, this efficient speaker doesn’t need a mighty amp or big volume levels to deliver that special JBL sound.

Efficient and stylish installation
Using JBL’s XL-2 installation system, this in-ceiling speaker easily fits a wide range of ceiling types. Compatible with plasterboard up to 50mm thick, it’s straightforward to install. Once installed, the low profile grille with ‘zero bezel’ gives the cleanest most discreet style possible. Spray paint the grille to match your room colour and it becomes even harder to spot.
