Mini LED technology pushes the boundaries of LED TV tech. By making the individual LED backlights much smaller, a larger number of them can be implemented. More individual LED lights means more, independently dimmable zones. The 75PML9506 actually has over a thousand zones, all independently adjusted for brightness. Expanded vision with Ambilight 4-sided

Once connected to one of the two HDMI 2.1 compatible sockets, a low latency mode is automatically selected when beginning game play. VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and FreeSync are supported, giving you the fastest and smoothest response possible. Unique to Philips, Ambilight’s gaming mode brings another dimension of immersion.

HDR optimised, with HDR10+
For the highest quality picture, HDR10+ offers scene-by-scene HDR mastering for the truest, most accurate HDR picture technology to date. With HDR10+ each scene is optimised, meaning the maximum amount of detail is shown – even in the brightest or darkest moments. The 75PML9506 also supports standard HDR10 and HLG formats.

Dolby Vision for dramatic imaging
As well as supporting HDR10+, this Philips 75” TV is also compatible with Dolby Vision - a leading format in Hollywood and cinemas around the world.
