If you have a problem with your TV over 40", please contact our Customer Service team on 0333 900 0094 and we’ll put you in touch with the right people to talk it through and if necessary, arrange a repair.
All other products:
Your first step should be to call your local branch for advice as we are often able to save you an unnecessary journey.Your local branch will then advise the best course of action should a repair be needed.
Want an update on an existing repair?
We will be in touch as soon as your repair is complete. Please allow at least 14 days before contacting us for an update. If you would like an update after 14 days has passed, please give your local branch a call between Monday and Friday, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, where we will be more than happy to provide a progress update.
