Overall ok, but poor fit and large caseI can't say I recommend them, I bought these as a replacement for my jaybird vista 2's as they always seem to die somehow after a year or so, but these weren't much better, the audio isn't amazing and wasn't as good, I'll admit the fit of a earbuds is subjective but these were too big, rounded and hard for my ears and they hurt with long usage and it was uncomfortable to press the button on the side. It also lacked the full customisation of buttons to what I was used to. In the end I had to buy the jaybirds again because one of these came out of my ear whilst I was cycling and fell down a gutter (partially due to the poor fit but also high winds). The case is also quite chunky compared to what I'm used to. Overall I didn't have a positive experience for the price point but I suppose others may have better experiences. In conclusion, the fit is poor, sound quality is standard, water resistance is a key selling point as this level is rare, but a large case and headphones falling out was an issue for me

Not as advertisedUnhappy with purchase. Sound is good, but you can't use them for sport or swimming, or in shower. They are just falling out after 2 minutes - tried all combos of sizes provided, no luck. In sower water is perceived as a finger tap and sound swithes on and off, and goes quiter and so on and on - extremely bothering. Hair swing by the ear on the wind or during exercises is taken as finger tap too...
Really are not functional ear buds - only play music if walking straight, but not good for anything else

Great for everyday, not waterproof as advertised.Really sad about these.
Sound is great. Fit is great.
However, I specifically bought them for the waterproof functionality so I could use them in the pool (I’m not much of a swimmer).
I took them swimming in the pool for the first time today. The right bud started acting like a broken hearing aid as soon as it hit the water. Whistling and making odd noises. This continued even once removed from the water.
Water activated the touch functions and the Bluetooth looses connection as soon as the bud is immersed.
Right bud is now working again but the crisp sound seems to have been lost.
NOT “built to function for 30min at depths of up to 1.5m” as advertised.
Very very disappointing after spending so much money on them.

Good sound quality, poor usability.I bought these earphones in March and have generally been pretty disappointed by their overall performance. Although the sound quality is excellent, surpassing even my old airpods, their general usability is much poorer. Even though they fit reasonable well in my ears, as soon as it rains on a run they keep slipping out so I end up having to just carry them. Additionally, there are big issues with the earphones not always recognising when they are put in the box - one earphone always seems to keep playing and not disconnecting the bluetooth when I put it in the box. Overall quite unhappy with this product thus far.

Fall out/sound quality poor for priceFall out of ears constantly (whatever buds options/wings or iterations I use) which is irritating for the gym and running - the reason I bought these. Plus the sound quality is poor ("tinny") for the price of the item. The noise cancelling function is not effective due to poor fitting item. They are bad value in my opinion. Therefore, I am returning for a refund, regrettably. I did really want to like these and tried them a few times but not for me due to the above.

Incredible!I have used JBL Reflect Aero for 4 weeks. They are very impressive. I've tried many different earbuds before, but these are my favorite all around. Easy to pair and was quick to charge. The comfort, sound quality, and fit are outstanding. I am impressed with its call clarity and noise cancellation technology. They fill very comfy for workout and fit perfectly to your ear without falling off. It’s so nice to never have to worry about them falling out. The charging case is a perfect size, it’s small and includes a wrist strap perfect for taking with you while working out! Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. Perfect for workouts, trekking. My favorite thing about JBL is sound quality! JBL really did a great job with this.

Excellent sports headphonesJbl headphones with a distinctive design. Good sports headphones, stable in the ear, light. With the rapper's sizes, you can choose the right size for you, M L XL. I used the headphones for a long time, I liked the clarity of the music and songs and the bass is good. Easy pairing via Bluetooth with the phone app on Android and iPhone, and you can customize the headset, clarity, and customize the buttons on the headphones. And how to interact with the noises on the headphones beads. The microphones were excellent. The headset has 6 microphones that work perfectly. The calls were good and clear. No one complained about the sound of the calls. The noise canssiling feature is good when operating, the sounds entering the ear are excellently muted, and the transparency feature enters the sound so that you do not feel that the headphones are in the ear. The JBL Reflect Aero headphones have many distinctive features and IP68 water and dust resistance. You can wash the headphones without fear of water. And immersed in water for 30 minutes to make half a meter. The battery and charging are good. You can get 21 hours with the noss canssling feature, 7 hours from the headset, and 14 hours with the beautiful box with fast charging. And also 8 hours and 16 hours from the box without activating the noise isolation feature. There is no wireless charging. But everything about the JBL Reflect Aero headphones was excellent
