AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CHISWICK STORE AND ITS STAFF
Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Chiswick!
Our store was the 35th store to be opened in 2008, when we made our move from the previous store in Ealing. Customer service is our companies main goal and we hope to make your visit an enjoyable one. We are one of the most diverse and friendliest team in our company and you can trust us to steer you straight on the obtaining the best deal for you and your Family. We have been trading as a company now for over 30 years in order to provide you with the best deals and expert knowledge you can trust.
Directions:
We are located only 5minutes walk from Chiswick park station To get to the store from the station walk straight ahead until you get to Chiswick high rd then turn right at the bottom of the road by townsends estate agents. Walk along the road for another 2mins and we are sandwiched inbetween change that room and planet solutions. The store is right on the High rd and very near Chiswick round about, there are many buses that also stop near the shop including the 237, 267 and 391which all stop within a 2min walk from our wonderful store.
In-Store Demonstrations:
This store has a wide range of flat screens on demonstrations from top manufacturers such as Pioneer, Panasonic, Samsung, Toshiba, Philips and LG all playing the latest blockbusters on blue-ray or showing you How Freesat can really benefit you. We only ask you bring yourself and a large bag of popcorn for sharing.
Please also ask one of our sales colleagues to demonstrate the importance of sound with one of our wired up home cinema/ HIFI systems if you are looking to possibly purchase a Flat screen TV.
Sound is equally important as picture and you will sometimes find that wafer thin flat panel TV’s do struggle from reproducing good quality sound. This is due to the size of speakers integrated into these aesthetically pleasing TV sets.
Home Delivery:
Our store also has an excellent working relationship with one of the Local taxi firms who are directly opposite and other special rates for all our customers at competitive prices or one of staff will help you to the taxi rank. Another benefit of shopping at the London Chiswick is our home delivery service. The home delivery service allows your lovely new goods to be delivered to your door with 2-3days time all free of charge as a Richer sounds customer. Installation:
Finally if you have got your goods home and you want a professional at home installation we can provide with an AV installer who can carry out the work at a reasonable rate. From fitting plasma on to the wall to setting up multi award winning multi-room systems such as Sonos or Cambridge Audio’s Incognito.
