He likes to make sure everyone is busy and doesn't go home at night until everyone happy - both colleagues and customers! Out of work you'll probably find him supping an ice cold pint (of Stella); either that or off-roading in the countryside, or perhaps just camping in the middle of a roundabout…
Tom's interests are music, his family and Manchester City football club; the former two giving much more joy than the latter! In the office he works hard to make sure everyone else is working hard and often competes with Stephen to see who can resolve the most issues in a day! In his spare time he currently enjoys drinking, playing the gee-tar and just staying out of trouble.
In his spare time Mark likes to play bass guitar and listens to 70/80's jazz funk. He also likes his football and has a vast knowledge of the game (or so he will tell you). On the downside, he is an avid follower of the once mighty Norwich City FC. Back of the net! In the office Mark can be found buzzing away with years of knowledge and loves nothing more than getting his teeth into resolving obscure technical problems.
Mat (that’s one "t" not two) is our part time colleague and helps out on the weekends when he’s not busy in the pub – or should that be studying hard ? – for his degree in music. He has an unnatural enthusiasm for hi-fi, TV and, in fact, anything electrical, which means he is great at helping solve those complex technical problems. His only flaw is that he’s a fan of The Black Out Crew!
Helen, can usually be found swivelling around on a chair at her desk in the call centre. She is usually either chasing stores for rotas, or tearing her hair out arranging cover. Her main job of course, is making sandwiches and pouring Dr Pepper for her brother (and boss), Stephen. In her spare time she likes playing squash, playing in a band, lying in bed, and attending many, many wild parties.
Reggie is one of the newest members of the team, but don't let that fool you. This young whipper-snapper will do his utmost to make sure that any issues you have will be resolved. He is a man of many talents (spelling not being one of them) you will often find him helping Nancy and Louise with the TV exchanges. In his spare time he enjoys playing rugby for his beloved town of Knutsford, pumping iron in the gym, going out with the lads and musical theatre. He is a massive fan of Gavin and Stacy and The Mighty Boosh.
Rob is another part-timer, whilst he studies for his degree in property management. That doesn't stop him having an unnatural obsession with TV's, with his latest phase being 3D TV. It's a little known fact that Rob has one of the largest collections of frying pans in the northwest, yet he claims not to be a very good cook! He is also a bit of a Toyota enthusiast and often debates with anyone who'll listen over whose car is the fastest!
After spending many years in hospitality Danny joined us to put his customer service skills to the test from the comfort of a good chair. He’s a big supporter of Chelsea F.C. and Bradford Bulls, and likes to watch them play (albeit usually from the pub). Aside from being an avid fan of Eastenders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale, he likes to spend whatever free time he has left clubbing in Manchester and cruising around the country!
Paddy has quickly become the problem solver of the customer services department, dealing with any problem thrown at him. Aside from his dancing skills and comical expressions, he is not afraid of the kettle; in fact it should be said that Paddy makes the best brew in the building, or the county, the country or perhaps the world. He spends most of his time watching TV and is looking for fellow tokusatsu fans to join his quest!
