The perfect match for the Donizetti Anniversary power amp
Designed in conjunction with the Donizetti power amp, the pair make natural partners for one another. Just as with the pre-amp, the Donizetti Anniversary is a fully balanced design for the highest signal quality possible. For the best results, connect the two with XLR cables.
Dual mono design for enveloping sound
A dual mono design means that left and right channels benefit from their own, individual signal path. This means that the left and right channels are far less likely to ‘corrupt’ one another, giving total purity of sound and a wider, more cohesive soundstage.
SeGeSTA pre-amp for quiet background
At the heart of this pre-amp is a SeGeSTA (Single Gain Stage Transconductance Amplifier). This balanced design is super-quiet and has zero feedback. This means you get an ‘inky black’ backdrop with even the most subtle details clearly heard. The 4-layer circuit board carefully separates input and output signals and houses oversized military spec resistors to minimise thermal distortion.
Mains filter for reduced distortion
The power supply stage features inductive-capacitive filtering. This filters the mains supply, giving a purer sound, free from the mains disturbance that can colour the sound.
Fully balanced connectivity
With the amplifier design being balanced, the best way to connect your sources and power amp is via balanced connections, too. The Bellini Anniversary has twin, balanced inputs and outputs. For sources that don’t have balanced outputs, there are also three RCA phono inputs and twin RCA non-balanced outputs.
