Here at Richer Sounds, promotions are considered on ability, enthusiasm and suitability for the role; not just long term service. We like to promote from within, so our managers of the future are the people who work in our stores or support departments.
To help us find the leaders of the future, we incentivise our managers with a bonus should they train one of their colleagues to be promoted to a store elsewhere. We like to work in a stimulating environment, with plenty of room for progression, so everyone can reach their maximum potential. As such, we actively encourage colleagues to assist at other Richer Sounds locations when vacancies arise, and we have relocation packages to help with this. In addition to adding a bit of variety, it also helps foster a sense of community.
