Packing a punchy amp and bass radiator, it delivers impressive wallop for such a compact speaker. Sophisticated digital processing keeps distortion firmly in check, while the wide range of adjustments makes it easy to tailor the sound to your room.
The low down Featuring a forward-firing 6.5” woofer, driven by a 200 watt amplifier, the MSX Sub 200 easily sustains deep, powerful bass tracks. What’s more, thanks to its ABR (Auxiliary Bass Radiator), the lowest frequencies are further emphasised, even at lower volumes, giving you a richly balanced sound at all levels.
Under precision control Equipped with a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), this compact subwoofer is kept under tight control. The powerful processor ensures musical accuracy and the lowest distortion, ensuring that the bass flows seamlessly into the mid-range. Low colouration is also helped by the rigid, rattle-free cabinet.
Tune to perfection For the perfect balance in your room, the MSX Sub 200 features fully adjustable tuning. First, set the crossover frequency to seamlessly connect with your existing speakers. Next, adjust the phase control. Rather than using a simple 0/180 switch, the MSX 200 features a variable dial, letting you select the precise setting for the sub’s positioning. If the sub is placed to the side of the room, for example, it’s easy to set the dial to 90 degrees. Finally, adjust the volume to determine the precise level of bass intensity.
