The Leak TruStream carries the heritage aesthetics from the Leak amps and CD player and introduces innovative streaming technology. With its walnut casing the design has a traditional warmth that’s lacking in many contempory components, Inside, however, the TruStream is bang up-to-date. Powered by Silent Angel Streaming technology it’s highly versatile, letting you stream the way you prefer. Packed with audiophile-grade components, the sound is warm yet supremely detailed.
Sparkling sound quality
Based around a dual-core, ARM Cortex processor, the TruStream delivers smooth and seamless operation. Incorporating a high quality ESS ES9038Q2M DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter), with 32-bit HyperStream architecture, you get to enjoy supremely detailed, high-precision sound quality. All incoming audio is upsampled to 352.8kHz or 384kHz, reducing distortion and allowing the DAC to operate within its optimal range. Carefully implemented with Leak’s low-noise power supply and signal isolation architecture, the streamer reveals every element of detail, with the least distortion possible.
High Resolution sound
Designed to maximise high resolution music from the outset, the TruStream excels with Hi-Res music formats. Widely compatible with audiophile music formats, such as FLAC, Apple Lossless and WAV, this Leak streamer optimises your high-end music files, including PCM up to 768Hz. It’s also compatible with DSD streaming, including DSD64, DSD128, DSD256 (DoP) and DSD512 (PC USB).
