Multi-zone amp that’s ideal for commercial use
The ideal audio hub for restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and more, The TAGA Harmony TA-900MULTI delivers multi-source, multi-zone sound throughout the establishment. With independent sources for each zone, you can mix and match the audio from room to room. Switch between AUX, USB and mic inputs, so that you’re all covered for music and PA.
4-zone output
With four, individually switchable zones you can control which areas of your venue have sound and which don’t. Ideal for when different parts of your venue open at different times or, for example, when you have a quiz but don’t want the sound to be in all the rooms at once.
Independent source input
As well as individual zone outputs, you can also select what source to play in each of the zones. A USB input is ideal for connecting to a USB media device and playing back a constant playlist. Alternatively, switch to the AUX setting for a phono RCA connected device, such as a CD player or tuner radio. There’s a front-mounted 3.5mm input for portable ‘MP3’ devices, too. You can also select the MIC input for PA announcements and voice overs, such as quiz questions in any specific zone.
Ideal power for higher level background music
With all four zones powered, the TA-900MULTI delivers 45 watts per channel, into an 8 ohms load. With 4 ohm speakers, this increases to 60 watts. This level of power is perfect for higher level background music, with enough power to cut through the hubbub. If you want to raise the volume in one zone, switching the other three off raises the solo zone power to 85 watts per channel (for 8 and 4 ohm speakers).
Boost the power to a specific zone – or all of them
Dedicated RCA pre-outputs let you connect a more powerful amp to any (or all of) the zones. This is especially handy if you have a dance floor in one of the zones and need to connect a high power amp for this specific zone.
Tailor the sound for each zone
Each zone has dedicated bass and treble controls, letting you adjust the sound to suit the acoustics in each space. For brighter sounding rooms, with hard surfaces, you might want to decrease the treble and increase the bass, whereas heavily furnished spaces may benefit from a treble boost.
Independent microphone settings
The microphone input has its own volume control, making it easier to make seamless voiceovers and public announcements. There’s also echo control for clearer intelligibility.
Force-air cooling for improved unit life
The combination of a well ventilated lid and force-air cooling keeps the amp running as smoothly as possible. The boosted cooling helps prevent overheating ensuring improved longevity.
