Connect it all
Supplied with a flying connector, the Duet 3 links up to a wide range of components. You can record up to two sources at once, but have more than that plugged in at any one time, if required. Dedicated, balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.35mm sockets (2+2) let you connect to a wide range of microphones, guitars, keyboards and other line level devices. Two, fully balanced, line level outputs (6.35mm) let you connect the Duet 3 directly to your active speaker system. A dedicated, 3.5mm headphone socket lets you monitor the output via headphones.
Optional Duet Dock for enhanced studio use
Available as an extra cost option, the Duet Dock enhances the Duet 3 for studio use. The Dock angles the Duet 3 for easier visibility and control. It also gives you fixed connections at the back, for a more secure connection. The headphone output improves from a 3.5mm socket to 6.35mm, better suiting most studio grade headphones.

This on-board DSP (Digital Signal Processing) helps you capture your best performance, free from the distraction of recording latency.
Next generation control
Apogee Control 2 software maximises the Duet 3’s hardware’s potential. Working with mac OS and Windows OS, Apogee are quick to update the software for future system compliance. As well as all the level, balance and FX controls you’d expect, the software also works in harmony with the optional Symphony ECS Channel Strip, giving you complete control over your sound output.
