Sharing many similarities with the more expensive Atlas Ascent model, the Hyper 1.5 uses very pure 99.9999% oxygen-free copper and a Teflon dielectric. These quality materials, and the way they're implemented, ensures a first rate sound quality. Over all, the sound quality is extremely well balanced, with a highly detailed, yet smooth, treble response and a deep, textured bass response. If you're upgrading from a lowlier cable you should also notice a substantial increase in the sound-staging, being both wider and deeper.
