True-to-life colour for a feeling of being on the actual course BenQ’s exclusive Golf Mode is specifically designed to present the most realistic colours for indoor golfers. Working with top golf course designers, BenQ has sought to replicate the different grasses and typical cloudscapes from courses around the world. Faithfully reproducing the subtle hues of the fairways, rough, sand traps, bunkers and water features around the courses, it gives you a true sense of being at the actual venue.
Suits a wide range of lighting conditions Thanks to its laser light source, the AH500ST delivers 4000 lumens of brightness and high contrast. This means that you don’t need to be in a pitch dark environment for the image to ‘pop’. Even with the lights on or ambient light coming through the windows, the image remains clear and strong in contrast. In darker rooms, the contrast becomes even sharper, and the colour is at its most vivid.
Big screen image with Screen Fill option Ideal for use with 4:3 aspect screens between 120 – 200 inches, the AH500ST easily delivers the true involvement that only a big screen brings. A 120 inch image is available with the projector just 1.6m from the screen, while the largest 200 inch screen size requires a distance of just 2.7 metres. For most satisfying image, BenQ’s Screen Fill automatically switches to 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 or 16:10 ratios, making sure the image completely fills the screen, without distortion.
Short throw lens for use in smaller spaces Fitted with a short throw lens, the AH500ST is ideal for golf simulators. It allows for easy fitment in smaller rooms yet also keeps the projector out of harms way from club swings and flying golf balls.
