Featuring independently controllable, two channel inputs, 100 volt line level outputs, rack mounting and powerful cooling, this is the ideal power amplifier for commercial applications such as pubs, bars, shops, cafes and restaurants.
100-volt system
The PA2240BP outputs an active, 100 Volt signal, meaning it needs to be used with 100V speakers. Using 100V instead of traditional passive speakers means you get consistent, high quality sound, even with the speakers a great distance from the amp.
Powerful, 2-channel sound
Using standard 100V speakers, the power output is a punchy 2 x 120 watts – enough to fill most venues with powerful sound.
Independent control
Each channel has its own bass, treble, volume and priority control. This lets you get the ideal tone and volume level for each, individual speaker – perfect for when one speaker might be next to a reflecting surface (such as a window) and the other an absorbing surface (such as heavy curtains).
Bridge for power boost
If you’re running a multi-power amp system, bridging the amp gives you the potential to double the power. With a power output now standing at 1 x 240 watts, you’ve easily enough grunt for a small disco or party level background music - especially when using two or four combined.
Rack mountable and built-in cooling
With a 2U rack height, the PA2240BP is ideal for professional rack mounting. For long-term reliability, the amp is fitted with twin cooling fans.
