The two-way design uses separate drive units for the top end and mid/bass. Having a dedicated tweeter for the top-end helps the music cut through the background noise and produces more detail than a regular, single driver. At the bass end, the 6.5 inch woofer might not make the ground shake but is punchy enough to deliver a toe-tapping beat.
High efficiency
With a sensitivity of 92dB, the Apart Rock 608 is efficient and easy to drive. This means that even low powered amplifiers are fine to use with the Rock speakers. The maximum power rating is 40 watts.
