The Huei is the result of extensive research, producing a low noise, dynamic-sounding phono pre-amp, with exceptional tuning capability.
Compatible with MM and MC cartridges
For universal compatibility, the Huei is switchable between MM (Moving Magnet) and MC (Moving Coil) cartridges. The selection button glows red for MM and blue for MC selections, making it easy at a glance to see the cartridge type selected.
Get the perfect synergy
With seven-stage adjustable gain and impedance-matching options, the Huei syncs precisely with your make and model of cartridge. Adjusting the settings gives the lowest levels of noise and most suitable gain. As with the MM/MC switch, all the adjustments are easily accessible on the top panel.
Rumble filter
For poor quality and/or warped records, the Huei features a rumble filter. This cuts the lowest frequencies, protecting your speakers from excessive cone flap and distortion.
XLR Balanced output
For the highest quality connection, Huei features an XLR balanced output, as well as unbalanced RCA phono. Balanced cables resist noise to a greater extent, making them especially superior over longer cable runs.
