The Denon difference
Founded in 1910, Denon has over a century of audio experience. This experience becomes clear, as soon as you listen to the Denon AVR-X2800H. With a high performance, discrete 7-channel amplifier at its heart, this Denon AVR has a perfect balance of power and control. With 95 watts per channel, the full force of home cinema movies and gaming is easily realised.
Experience the immersion of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
Dolby Atmos and DTS:X use ceiling or up-firing speakers for three-dimensional and fully immersive sound. Whether it’s rain falling in a tropical jungle or the intense sound of overhead gunfire, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X put you in the centre of the action.
Extra height, without the speakers
As impressive as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X sound, it’s not always possible to accommodate the extra speakers. Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization and DTS Virtual:X Height Virtualisation technology go some way to help. Play any Dolby format and enjoy a more immersive sound with virtual height enhancement – using your existing speakers. DTS Virtual:X also creates a more enveloping sound from any DTS codec. Compatible with 2.1, 5.1 or 7.1 speaker configurations, DTS Virtual:X gives the impression of height and immersive sound.
Enhanced 8K, HDCP 2.3 HDMI compatibility
Upgrading on previous AVRX2000-series receivers, the X2800 now features three, 8K compatible HDMI sockets, compared to one. Both outputs are 8K compatible, too. They support 8K pass-through, 4K/120Hz and 8K upscaling of 4K content, too. The X2800 also supports the latest copy protection standard, HDCP 2.3.
Wide-ranging HDR support
The AVR-X2800H also supports a wide range of High Dynamic Range video formats. These include Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. It also supports HDR10+, which enhances picture realism by sending dynamic Meta data to your TV, as well as Dynamic HDR. In short, whatever the format used by the film, game or stream, the Denon supports it.
Made for gamers in mind
The enhanced HDMI interface makes this Denon AV receiver the perfect choice for gaming. There’s support for 4K/120Hz and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), giving you the best resolution and clarity. Quick Frame Transport (QFT) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) help eliminate lag and frame tearing, giving you a smoother, more responsive gaming experience.

Everything that’s impressive about B&W condensed into a small speaker – the Bowers & Wilkins M-1 speaks volumes.
The speaker for all purposes
The M-1 is the all-purpose Bowers & Wilkins speaker. Ideal for desktop use, they also work well as speakers around your home, in a multi-room environment. Use five or more, add a subwoofer and create an impressive home cinema speaker system.
Top quality Bower & Wilkins sound
Bowers & Wilkins speakers are found in some of the most famous studios in the world, including Abbey Road, so it’s little surprise to find these speakers sound way better than the average satellite. The two-way speakers use metal dome tweeters and woven glass fibre woofers for captivating sound quality. Punchy for their size, the M-1’s are also amongst the most-detailed sounding speakers in their class.
Versatile
Supplied with mini stands, the M-1s sit neatly on a table or shelf. Swivel the stands around and they become wall brackets. If you’d prefer a different option, floorstands are also available at additional cost.
Stylish design
Available in matte black or matte white, the M-1s strike a stylish chord in any room. The mesh grilles doesn’t just look good, it robustly protects the drivers behind, making this speaker ideal for public venues, too.
Scale down the size, not the sound, with the Bowers & Wilkins M-1.
Enjoy B&W award-winning bass from a smaller sub, with the Bowers & Wilkins ASW608.
Punchy bass
It might be Bowers & Wilkins smallest sub, but that doesn’t stop the ASW608 from hitting hard. The 8 inch woofer has the power to drop to frequencies well below many floorstanding speakers – opening up a whole new level of sound you can feel. Epic soundtracks now have the scale they deserve and music has a more dynamic and life-like sound.
Controlled sound
With its 200 watt amplifier, the ASW608 keeps a tight rein on the bass. The hybrid paper/Aramid cone is also ultra-stiff for exceptional accuracy. Combined with its powerful magnet, this means the bass remains tight, responsive and doesn’t wallow as inferior subs can. Give it the right material, though, and the long throw woofer demonstrates bass power to rattle the windows.
Big power from a super-compact cabinet
Delivering big power is easier with a larger cabinet to help contain the forces. Bowers & Wilkins have taken a more difficult route with the ASW608. Forceful internal pressure is counteracted by extremely thick cabinet walls and exceptional rigidity. It’s not a cheap solution but it means the ASW608 retains its high power output while remaining compact enough for small to medium-sized rooms.
Fully adjustable
For sound that’s perfectly tailored to your room, the ASW608 offers a wide range of adjustments. As well as the usual volume and low-pass frequency adjustments, three-stage bass extension and EQ switches give you the perfect amount of bass for your room size, subwoofer position and personal taste. If the subwoofer is positioned behind you, simply select the phase switch for smoothly integrated bass.
Enjoy room filling bass without a space invading sub, with the Bowers & Wilkins ASW608.
