The Focal Aria 948 is unique in the Aria range in that it uses large, eight inch woofer units - and not just one per side, either. With two dedicated eight inch drivers per speaker, the Aria 948 offers bass depth and power that humbles most subwoofers. In combination with the super-sized cabinets, it gives the Aria 948 speakers the ability to fully reproduce the whole spectrum of sound - no matter how dynamic.
Flax cones for a natural sound
Using Focal's unique Flax cone material, the 948 also sounds smooth and natural. The dedicated mid-range unit lets vocals stand out from the mix and reproduces them exactly as the producer intended.
TNF tweeters for smooth precision
Developing Focal's famous inverted style tweeter further, the TNF tweeters use aluminium and magnesium with Poron suspension for an exceptionally smooth yet detailed sound. Waveguides help create an accurate soundstage that makes it feel like the musicians are in the room.

Although the Aria 948 speakers stands tall and deep, their smooth lines and luxury finish means they effortlessly blend with your decor.
