Centre channel for the clearest dialogue
As well as the usual left and right speaker channels and built-in subs, the klang bar3 mr also features a dedicated centre channel. This is designed to ‘anchor’ speech to the centre of your TV’s screen, making it sound much clearer and easier to follow.
DTS Play-Fi for full surround sound potential
Featuring DTS Play-Fi, it’s possible to add wireless rear speakers and subwoofer to the klang bar3 mr and enjoy full surround sound. The powerful control app lets you pair the soundbar with compatible rear speakers and even a separate subwoofer, giving you full 5.1 surround sound. For the most harmonious system, we’d recommend pairing with the klang mr1, mr3 or mr5 speakers at the rear and the klang sub5 for extra bass.
Multiroom potential
Another advantage with DTS Play-Fi is that it also offers the potential for multiroom music. Use the Play-Fi app to control all your compatible speakers around your home – they don’t even have to be Loewe branded. Compatible (not built-in) with Amazon and Google voice assistants, the klang bar3 mr integrates with your voice-operated household. If you prefer to use the Apple system, AirPlay 2 compatibility facilitates the use of Siri, too.
Upgrade the sound via pre-amp outputs
Unusually for a soundbar, the klang bar3 mr is equipped with an RCA phono pre-amp output. This lets you wire up active speakers, such as a subwoofer and/or active rear speakers. Or connect to an amplifier and use with your choice of passive speakers. With outputs for up to 5.1 channels you can connect an entire surround sound system, using the klang bar3 mr as the control hub and network streamer.
