With wi-fi, Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 on board, all your favourite services, such as Spotify, TIDAL, Apple Music and Amazon Prime Music are easy to access. There’s also HEOS, which facilitates multiroom music streaming and effortless app control. Playback your existing CDs via the top quality CD player. Thanks to its wide range of digital inputs, including HDMI, you can even use the CD 50n as a DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) and connect your TV, computer and more.

Lift the lid on the CD 50n and you’ll discover a top rate audio spec. Customised, high grade components are used throughout, delivering pure, low distortion sound. The symmetrical layout produces an expansive and perfectly balanced soundstage. A toroidal power supply copes effortlessly with power demands, ensuring the music remains high in dynamic output and low in distortion. Unique to Marantz, the CD 50n also uses the company’s famed HDAM circuitry.

This network/CD player uses Marantz's own HDAM (Hyper-Dynamic Amplifier Module) circuits. These bespoke op-amps use surface-mount metal-film resistors for greater temperature stability. The result is cleaner, less distorted sound that’s delivered with perfect clarity.

Hi-Res music compatible
The quality sound continues with the Hi-Res music compatibility. The CD 50n is able to stream Hi-Res 192kHz/24 bit signals through all its digital inputs. Connect via the USB-B input and the player extends this to 384 kHz/32 bit files and it also decodes DSD files right up to 11.2MHz.

Bluetooth, AirPlay 2 and Internet radio for the complete networking experience
With both Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 connectivity, it's easy to connect all your smartphones, tablets and compatible lap/desktops and stream music wirelessly. The CD 50n also comes with wi-fi and Internet radio. Simply connect to your home network and access thousands of Internet radio sites via TuneIn as well as subscription services such as Spotify Connect (Premium Spotify account required), Tidal, Deezer and Amazon Prime Music. Network compatibility lets you stream from other sources such as your laptop or NAS drive.

HEOS built-in - for the finest multi-room audio
HEOS multi-room music systems connect together by dual-band Wi-Fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. With HEOS already built-in, the CD 50n is ready to go as a single 'zone' without any further adaptors.

Control it all with the HEOS app
Once you've set up your HEOS speaker system, you can stream music effortlessly via the dedicated HEOS app. Available for Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle, the app not only lets you stream your stored music but also Internet radio services and popular streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Napster and Deezer.

At the rear of the CD 50n is also an USB-B socket that’s designed for connecting up to your PC or Mac (PCs may require a software driver uploading). Once connected, the asynchronous link means that your soundcard is bypassed with the audio sound processing now handled by the Marantz. Using its own premium digital to analogue processing, the sound quality from your PC or Mac is greatly enhanced.

With its purely analogue amplifier, the Marantz Model 50 goes back to basics. The precision-engineered, Class A/B amplifier reveals the subtlest details in your music yet is still powerful enough to let rip when the music demands. The six inputs include a dedicated phono stage that’s specially developed to extract the most from your deck. Separate pre/power links give the potential for future upgrades.

The dedicated turntable input is a high performance device, with discreet components for superior sound quality. Suitable for use with MM (Moving Magnet) cartridges, this phono pre-amp extracts the maximum information from your turntable’s signal.

Flexible connections for future updates
Fitted with pre-out and power-amp in connections, the Model 50 is ready for any future system upgrades. Use the pre-out to connect to a more advanced power amplifier at a later date. The power-amp input lets you incorporate the amp into a home cinema system or add a higher spec, stereo pre-amp for an even purer sound.

Ideal for medium to larger rooms, DALI designed the Opticon 6 MK2 to be as flexible as possible. Able to operate effectively from just 20cm from a rear wall, the Opticon 6 MK2 is more room-friendly than other floorstanding speakers. Rather than 'buying in' cabinets, DALI produces the Opticon cabinets in-house. This means they can be sure of the quality and consistency of build.
