Great TV for a good price. Can't complain!
I popped into the Fulham branch with a TV in mind, I wanted to see if they had one on display. I brought something else as it was recommended to me and it was on offer. I couldn't be happier. The branch followed up with a courtesy call a week later. The customer service is another level.

Great picture, flaky operating
I've had this tv for about a couple of months. I can't fault the OLED picture quality - but there's a 2 things that make this tv REALLY irritating. First, the Freeview tv guide crashes regularly and the only way to get it back is to Restart the TV. THAT is very inconvenient.
And 2, it seems to refresh the picture at random intervals. It's like it zooms out and then resets. I've checked for software updates and can't find any, so beware!! Sadly you only find out about these things when you've had the thing for a while I.e. it's not things you notice in a tv showroom.

Panasonic needs to improve its TVs
Purchased this TV 5 months ago to replace a 12 year old Panasonic plasma TV. That TV gave excellent service hence I chose Panasonic again. Sadly, this was a huge mistake. Although the picture and sound quality are fine when it works, the TV hss been plagued by intermittant problems since purchase. It is slow to start, slow to change between sat. and other modes, picture and sound don't sink, it will stick, etc. etc. The situation is not helped by a wholly inadequate set of operating instructions. So fed up with it I only watch it when I have the patience to deal with its quirks and foibles. Panasonic need to iron out these problems BEFORE putting a product on the market. Avoid.

Cheap tacky remote controller
Bought this tv independently lots of software issues after a day or two you lose the TV Guide after reboot it comes back cannot connect to Panasonic server even though all the other apps work. Had a manual software updates done. But at the TV still plays up from time to time

I'm so impressed with the picture, it's fantastic with some 4k Amazon prime etc. the user interface is easy to use and has all the usual apps (BBC, Netflix etc ). Can't really fault it, very happy! The stand is also much more convenient than the separate legs as I can set it on some hifi speakers.
