The Peanuts Turntable isn’t just a piece of artwork, it’s highly functional too. With its built-in Bluetooth and phono pre-amp, it connects to all types of speakers, Bluetooth headphones and hi-fi systems.
Bluetooth output
With its standard Bluetooth output, Peanuts opens up a whole range of new connection possibilities. Perfect for connecting to a Bluetooth speaker, headphones or a Bluetooth enabled hi-fi system, the wireless connection lets you place the turntable much further away from the system than would otherwise be possible. Plus, it’s clutter-free.
Built-in phono pre-amp
Another advantage with the Peanuts turntable is the built-in phono pre-amp. This means you can wire the deck up to any hi-fi system with an ‘AUX’ input. Alternatively, Peanuts can still be wired into a phono input, just as with a regular turntable.
Engineered for sound
Although fun to look at, Peanuts is serious about sound. Featuring a CNC machined MDF plinth, anti-resonant sub-platter and 8mm zero-resonance glass platter, Peanuts is no novelty piece when it comes to sound quality. The highly engineered and solid deck means that you get to enjoy smooth, stable sound that’s nuts about music!
Single piece aluminium tonearm
Continuing its hi-fi credentials, the Pro-Ject Peanuts is supplied with a good quality tonearm. Made from a single piece of aluminium, it's both light and rigid. The more rigid a tonearm, the more precisely it tracks, making listening to your records a highly involving experience. For ease of use the tracking forces are preset and ready to go.
Supplied with Ortofon OM10 cartridge
Part of the all-inclusive package includes a pre-fitted Ortofon OM10 cartridge. Highly regarded, this top quality budget cartridge gives a smooth, detailed sound that’s at home with all types of music. As part of the Optimum Match (OM) range, the stylus is upgradable to 20, 30 and 40 models, giving plenty of scope for future upgrades.
