Unique visuals
The moment you spot Pro-Ject’s The Dark Side Of The Moon, you won’t need to guess its inspiration. The album’s iconic artwork is faithfully recreated, in turntable form! The prism plinth and (dimmable) LED rainbow backlight make this deck instantly recognisable. For enhanced aesthetics (and improved sound), Pro-Ject have used a clear glass platter and acrylic tonearm – letting the core design shine through. The acrylic tonearm is a completely new design and is paired with an optimised version of Pro-Ject’s impressive Pick it PRO cartridge. The high precision motor, bearing and electronic speed control all combine to deliver rock solid sound quality.
Unique acrylic tonearm
Using hybrid acrylic and aluminium construction, the tonearm is a completely new development from Pro-Ject. The two materials perfectly complement one another, providing high levels of rigidity and vibration absorption. It provides the perfect support for the Pick it PRO cartridge but also features a full range of adjustments, for future cartridge upgrades.
Premium quality engineering
With electronic speed control and a precision belt drive mechanism, this deck delivers pitch perfect sound. The aluminium sub platter and 10mm glass platter provide the mass for a solid yet pacey bass response. Chosen for its low resonance, the MDF plinth provides the perfect support and helps minimise distortion.
Special Edition Pick it PRO cartridge included
Developed in collaboration with cartridge experts, Ortofon, the Pick it PRO is a high quality MM cartridge that’s optimised to suit this specific deck. The low capacitance, high output design gives a vibrant sound and suits the vast majority of phono inputs. It comes pre-fitted and aligned to the tonearm, giving you the best possible set-up, straight out of the box.
