Sennheiser HD250BT (Black)
On Ear Closed Back Mic Wireless Bluetooth Headphones
£59
”An affordable, portable and truly likeable set of wireless headphones.” ’What Hi-Fi?’ 2022 award-winner.
DJ-inspired sound
Inspired by Sennheiser’s rich heritage in professional headphones, the HD250BT’s deliver powerful, dynamic sound. The closed back design and deep earpads help isolate you from the outside world, meaning you hear a more intense sound, with clear detail.
Wireless freedom via Bluetooth aptX
Unlike Sennheiser’s DJ headphones from the past, the HD250BT features Bluetooth connectivity. Thanks to aptX and AAC compatibility, you can listen to your music in the highest quality, without the hassle of cables. The aptX system gives a more natural and dynamic performance, creating a sound that's closer to a wired connection than ever before (partnering device must feature aptX compatibility).
Robust enough for a life on the move
The HD250BT’s strike the perfect balance between toughness and comfort. Weighing just 125 grammes, these headphones are lighter than many similar designs, keeping them comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The robust construction makes them longer lasting and more durable, too.
Keep control, via Sennheiser Smart Control App
Download the Sennheiser Smart Control App (available for Android and Apple iOS) and open up a whole new level of control. The intuitive equaliser lets you set the sound output to your exact taste. A special podcast mode optimises the sound for speech, making dialogue even clearer. The app even tells you useful information, such as the remaining battery life.
25 hours battery life
The HD 250BTs use rechargeable batteries that provide up to 25 hours of playback and recharge in around 3 hours. There's a USB-C cable included for easy recharging.
Hear more of your music, with the Sennheiser HD250BT.

Fantastic sounding everyday Bluetooth Headphones
I wanted a pair of everyday wear about the house BT headphones , so I checked What Hi-Fi Sound and Vision mag for their recommendations, and they had the Sennheiser HD250BT listed with a 5 start review. Having already got some HD600's and HD440's I am familiar with and rather keen on Sennheiser products.
Once ordered through a very helpful assistant at Leicester Richer Sounds (one of only three branches that had any in stock), they duly arrived. Sennheiser products are always packed and presented well, even at the lower price end.
First thing is to charge them fully before use, easy with the included usb cable.
They are easy to use with just three buttons, a nice blue power on LED and a pleasant female voice telling me they are on and connected. Quickly paired with my Sony Xperia phone , which I will be mainly using them with, and away we go. First up a few test tracks to check out their sound quality. I use "everbody knows" by Sigrid for a quieter track, and Glycerine by Bush for a bit heavier sound. Both sound really good, with great tone and bass quality . The headphones are the on ear type, and straight away you forget you are wearing them as you immerse yourself in the sound. They are lightweight and comfortable, only weighing 126g.Bearing in mind that these are the cheaper end of the market sub £40 the sound is excellent. Playing Icehouse "not my kind" really shows up the bass tone. My taste in music ranges from female vocal Tori Amos / Gin Wigmore to Megadeth / Paradise Lost, so these will get a good workout across the range. I use ripped cd's and Deezer on my phone and the quality on both is excellent, as you would expect from Sennheiser headphones. Overall a fantastic product at this price , comfortable , easy to use , great sound quality, well made, also quite attractive in a minimalist way, form and function perfected. They also have the facility to work with your mobile answering calls etc, which makes them even more useful. Not sure why people would go for more expensive headphones when these are available. Another great Sennheiser product.

Good sound quality for price.
Bought the Sennheiser HD250BT a month ago. Good sound quality for price. Volume buttons on right earphone rather small, but I can control volume with T.V. remote.
Great value for money.

Great value headphones
I bought these 10 days ago and am really pleased with my purchase. I wanted something I could use with my relatively ancient hifi set up so had to purchase a Bluetooth transmitter to plug into the amplifier. Once past the initial doubts, pairing the headphones with the transmitter for the first time was not difficult, and it is easy to get things working each time I use them. The sound quality is good and the headphones comfortable to wear.

Great sound. Good price
Very happy with these. Sound great and a good price. Nit the classiest of materials but functional. They are light and comfortable. I find in-ear are uncomfortable and most circumaural don't fit well over my big ears.

Excellent sound for the price
I am not an audiophile or hifi buff, I just wanted a pair of Bluetooth headphones to use with my tablet and phone. So far I have been very pleased with the HD250s, they are light and comfortable to wear. Pairing is very straightforward. The sound quality is in my opinion much better than the JBL headphones I have previously used, bass is nice and throbby and treble is nice and bright. I don't think that you would get a better pair of headphones for the money.

Excellent range, sound quality&noise cancellation
Great headphones, I can charge my phone in my kitchen and be at the other end of the garden and the headphones are still playing. Great noise cancellation, lovely fit (I'm a small woman). Only downside would be that they don't fold and after a longtime they are quite tight on my ears. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Incredible value and service
I couldn’t believe how good these low price Sennheisers have turned out to be. Obviously they have limited facilities but they do their basic job admirably. Although I opted for the free delivery, they arrived the day after placing the order. As always, Richer Sounds cannot be bettered.
