Dropping right down to 17Hz and using a mighty 15 inch woofer, the SVS SB-5000 R|Evolution delivers possibly the deepest bass you’ve ever experienced at home. Creating a truly cinematic event, this subwoofer not only effortlessly fills the largest rooms with low end punch that you can hear but also produces bass so low you can truly feel it. Backed by a formidable 2000 watt amplifier and huge driver magnet, the bass is also exceptionally well controlled, giving searing dynamics.
Combined with musical talent
Keeping the sledgehammer power under tight control, is a dual mono, MOSFET amplifier with unprecedented power. Combined with the 295MHz Analog Devices DSP (Digital Signal Processor) this gives pinpoint precision and the highest level of control. It’s thanks to these technologies that the sub never sounds overblown or boomy but lifelike and true to the original recording.
Enhanced smartphone app control
Available for Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Fire platforms, the SVS control app gives precision control of your subwoofer. Auto Room Equalisation* uses the smartphone’s mic to automatically measure and adjust the subwoofer’s settings to suit your room’s acoustics. The app also lets you access all the DSP functions including volume, six preset EQs, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain compensation, power management settings and more.

Built to stand the test of time
Featuring a highly reinforced, sealed MDF cabinet, the SB-5000 R|Evolution provides resonance-free, low distortion sound and is built to last. Custom Iso-elastomer feet help damp the cabinet and improve stability. Choose between Piano Gloss Black or Premium Black Ash finishes for the best match for your room. A reinforced, non-resonant grille is also supplied, keeping the woofer protected when needed.
SB – Sealed Box for easier room placement
Although it’s pushing it to say that this is a truly room-friendly subwoofer, the sealed cabinet makes it more compact and easier to position than the PB (Ported Box) version. As 15-inch subwoofers go, it’s relatively unobtrusive, with curved edges helping to reduce the visual bulk.
