ASIST support for superb isolation
The Atacama Evoque range uses ASIST (Atacama Sonic Isolation System Technology) for class-leading resistance to mechanical vibration. Each of the four legs are equipped with dampening gaskets, aerospace grade isolation components and nickel-plated spikes. This triumvirate both dampens and then channels away high frequency resonance that can adversely affect the ultimate sound quality of your components.

The Atacama Evoque features shelves made from 40mm thick, carbonised, high density bamboo resin composite. This not only gives them a natural appeal but is also a sustainable environmental resource and, as it happens, helps the sound quality, too! The properties of the material suit hi-fi shelving perfectly. Being both rigid and dampening, the shelves provide the ideal isolating platform for your hi-fi or AV equipment.
Modular design that lets the rack grow with your system
Being modular, you can extend the Evoque rack to any height you want. Start with a Base Module or, as here, a four shelf solution consisting of Base Module plus 3 shelves, and add to it as your hi-fi collection builds.

The Evoque is available in a range of different finishes. Natural Bamboo is the standard finish colour with a Dark shelf finish (shown here) also available at additional cost.

Atacama evoque eco 60-40
I purchase the atacama evoque eco 60-40 hi-fi rack and atacama moseco speaker stands in the Leeds store two weeks ago. Honestly this is the best rack and speaker stand combo available on the market sub 5k. No interference between each shelf on the hifi rack it’s completely silent. The speaker stands come quite heavy so there is no need to fill them.

Incredible quality, well worth the expense!
I have to say I did think long and hard about spending this much on a hi-fi racking system, however, I am glad I did as it is worth every single penny and more. The quality of the material (bamboo) is superb, as are the shelf connections. It's easy to put together and most of all to adjust so each shelf is level. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, it looks superb and will massively enhance my audio experience. Also, the customer service from Atacama was brilliant, I received a call within a day of ordering to discuss delivery options., which was followed by an email with full contact details if I needed them, I didn't as it was delivered exactly to schedule. I can't recommend this racking enough, if you are serious about your audio you won't be disappointed with this.

Beautiful HiFi furniture, extremely well built.
My wife and i were supposed to buy this in october last year but 2 weeks later i lost her to cancer, so 6 months on i have bought it myself and when i look at it it reminds me of her, she used to always tell me that she hated the old unit because it was glass and a bugger to keep clean.

Beautiful and well built.
Previous stand was an old Target stand from 34 years ago. Thought it was time to upgade. Glad I did. The modular design means its a breeze to clean and take apart. Recommend this wholeheartedly

Should have bought this years ago
For years I have had my Naim system squashed into my TV stand, not very accessible, sat on glass not ideal and the cabling was all bundled up. So i did some research and settled on the Atacama Evoque Eco 60-40, and what a great choice. This stand is so well made, oozes quality, very solid and looks good too. The sound quality from my HiFi is definitely improved and I am pleased.
There was some damage to the corner of a shelf, from the courier it looks like but I have put that to the back where it cannot be seen.
Overall, really happy with this and the service from Richer Sounds as good as ever.

From Opening the box
The packing was beautifully designed and crafted, reminiscent of a well known manufacturer of telephones and computers but more substantial to suit scale and purpose. I spent a very happy hour assembling the units and really enjoyed the feeling of quality, satisfying heft and engineering when the pieces came together. I love the density of the shelves and the stability of the footings but most of all my ancient Thorens deck loves the feeling of substantial stability.
