ADC with simultaneous optical and coaxial output
The high quality ADC (Analogue to Digital Converter) in the CYP AUD4 takes the incoming analogue signal and converts it to uncompressed 2-channel LPCM digital output at a sampling rate of 48 KHz. The converted digital output is available on both the optical and coaxial ports simultaneously. The CYP AUD-4 also amplifies the outgoing signal, thereby extending the range that the optical signal can travel by a further 5m.
