The ideal match for high efficiency speakers
With a power output of 8 watts per channel, the Arioso 300B needs to be paired with high efficiency speakers. Once you get the match right, the sound should be sublime, with an expansive midrange and surprisingly tight and tuneful bass response.
Use with 4 or 8 ohm speakers
With individual outputs for 4 ohm and 8 ohm speakers, the Arioso 300B optimises the sound from both types of speakers. This broadens your choice of make and model, letting you fine-tune the sound to suit all.
Tuning potential
As a stock amplifier, the Arioso is an outstanding product. With the type of valve fittings used, however, there’s great potential for ‘tube rolling’ and tuning. Swap out the supplied valves for different makes and models and hear the difference for yourself.
