For the very best in picture uniformity, a fixed screen offers the best option for your home cinema. Grandview maximise the inherent rigidity advantage of a fixed screen via their unique screen tensioning system. Steel bars are inserted into a loop seam that runs around the edge of the screen. The bars are then fixed to the aluminium frame, giving constant tension, right the way around the screen. The result is superb picture uniformity, right across the entire screen.
Accurate colour
A quality cinema screen needs to bounce the correct amount of light back to the viewer, without distorting the colour or contrast. For the best results, Grandview use diamond-shaped, pitted material that helps cancel stray light. The material produces accurate colour saturation and has a low gain rating of 1.1, helping to maximise contrast levels.
High quality, distraction-free frame
The super-rigid frame is constructed from lightweight aluminium and features brackets that allow for left/right screen adjustment, post installation – perfect for getting the screen dead centre. The black velvet finish absorbs stray light, meaning the frame itself doesn’t become a distraction when in use.
