Going well beyond regular soundbars, the Hisense AX5140Q features not just dedicated rear speakers and a subwoofer, but also upfiring drivers within the soundbar and rears. This means that you get true 5.1.4 surround sound, for authentic Dolby Atmos and DTS:X format playback – just like at the cinema. Bluetooth 5.3 streaming means that your music doesn’t miss out on the action, either.
Three-dimensional sound
With two up-firing drivers fitted to the soundbar and one to each of the rear speakers, you’re immersed by heightened sound. Just like at the cinema, this gives the impression of sound coming from above, giving that tropical rainforest an eerily realistic feel. The sound of fighter jets and spacecraft now race across the room, having you duck for cover. Compatible with both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtracks, it’s optimised to make the most of your compatible movies and games.
Enveloping audio
Working with the upfiring speakers, for the most immersive audio possible, the Hisense AX5140Q uses separate rear speakers. Place the speakers behind you and you’ll hear all the movie or game special effects, just as the creator intended. Thanks to wireless connectivity, you don’t need connection cables from the front to the back of your room.
Cinematic bass
Cinema sound should be felt as much as it’s heard, which is why the AX5140Q is also supplied with a dedicated subwoofer. The active subwoofer deepens the bass response, giving you a much better sense of the full soundtrack. Explosions now have real impact, and music becomes much more lifelike and richer in scale.
Hi-Concerto integrates your TV’s sound
A brilliant speaker system in its own right, the AX5140Q gets even better when connected to a compatible Hisense TV or projector. Hisense’s Hi-Concerto technology integrates the TV or projector’s speakers into the overall mix, further expanding the soundfield and simultaneously improving dialogue tracking.
Optimised settings for perfectly tuned sound
Featuring six, professionally tuned EQ sound modes, you can be assured of optimal audio, with everything you watch. Five settings, dedicated to Music, Movie, News, Game and Sport give you the perfect sound balance for each genre. With News, for example, the sound concentrates on the clearest speech, while Movies gives a more dynamic sound. Finally, there’s the AI EQ Mode. This uses AI to automatically detect the genre and adapt to the ideal sound.
Stream your music via Bluetooth
It’s not just your movie, TV and gaming experience that’s enhanced by this soundbar system, it’s your music too. Simply pair your smartphone, tablet or laptop via Bluetooth 5.3 and stream from your favourite music service. Select the Music setting on the EQ Mode and you’ll hear immersive sound that puts you at the centre of the recording.
Easy to connect to your system
For the simplest connection to your TV, link up via the HDMI eARC socket. If this isn’t available on your TV, or you want to add additional devices, there are also optical digital and analogue 3.5mm inputs, making this a highly versatile speaker system.
