A balanced heart to your hi-fi
The Primare PRE35 is modular, balanced pre-amplifier that’s high on connectivity and low on distortion. The balanced design ensures ultra-low levels of distortion, letting even the tiniest musical details shine through. The carefully designed circuitry uses a high quality, four-layer circuit board with short signal paths for maximum resolution.
Fully connected
To maximise the PRE35’s balanced design philosophy, the preamp offers XLR/Cannon balanced inputs and outputs. Use these to connect to your compatible and source and power amp and get a fully balanced signal from start to finish – just like at a professional studio. Other connections include three RCA phono inputs and two outputs. For system control there’s a 12v trigger socket, RS232 and IR in/outputs.
Add a DAC and streamer
The PRE35 doesn’t stop at being a high quality preamp. Thanks to modular integration, you can slot-in Primare’s DM35 DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) and their SM35 Prisma, streaming module. This lets you extend the preamp to one that accepts digital sources and then one that also streams music.
