A necessary expense
I bought a new Sony laser projector to replace an outdated Panasonic one. From the off I experienced picture blackouts every few seconds. The Richer staff member worked out that the problem was the hdmi extender, and possibly the hdmi cables. This was £260 I didn’t want to spend, but having already spent £6K on a projector I had no choice. It works, although I still get picture blackouts lasting 4-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so. Richer said I might need a new receiver, but I’m reluctant to spend £800+ on that! Good service as always from the Richer Sounds staff at the Cambridge store.

It’s good when you get it working
I bought this a few weeks ago, unfortunately the instructions could have been better and I had to ring the manufacturer for help.
