Active Filter Technology
Rather than using expensive booster boxes, which require external power supplies, or cables with a difficult to hide "electronic bulge" inconveniently situated half way along, this cable uses Active Filter Technology. A dedicated integrated circuit, especially developed to provide High Speed data performance over long cable runs, is built unobtrusively into the head shell of each cable. The result is improved performance without the bulge.
High compliance – including hdmi 2.0b
This latest version of QED’s active hdmi is now compatible with hdmi 2.0b. This means it carries 4K60 UHD video signals, uncompressed. The cable also supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) and WCG (Wide Colour Gamut), making it the perfect match for your high-end HDR TV or projector.
