Tough enough to cope with a muddy festival, beach party or a BBQ downpour, the Play simply keeps playing. The replaceable battery delivers up to 24 hours playback and can also be used as a power bank for your smartphone or other device. For the best possible sound, in any environment, simply tap up Trueplay. Located within the Sonos app, Trueplay scans the surroundings, analyses the results and then fine-tunes the speaker for the ideal listening experience.
Play all day
With up to 24 hours playback on a single charge, the Play keeps going all day (and night). Once the juice has run out, simply place on the supplied Wireless Charging Base. If you’re out, you can also charge with any compatible USB-C charger. The replaceable battery means that when it’s finally exhausted, you don’t have to ditch the entire unit.

If you’re out and about and your smartphone’s running low on power, simply plug into the Play (via USB-C) and use it as a power bank.

Crafted from shock-absorbing materials, the Play is drop resistant and ideal for music on the move. Certified to the IP67 standard, it’s completely dust-tight and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 metre deep for up to 30 minutes, making it ideal for using by the pool, hot tub, or on the beach.
