Our stores open at midday on weekdays for a good reason: staff receive in-depth training on new products on a daily basis, however, to give you the best service possible, our in-store experts will answer the phones, irrespective of our opening time, from 9am Mon — Sat and 11:00am Sun.
Our stores tend to have a peak busy period between 12pm and 2pm. We would encourage customers to avoid calling at these times as you may experience difficulty in getting through to the team.

We have five dedicated bays behind the shop. Just turn into the road alongside the building. If taking a large purchase, please talk to one of our colleagues who should be able to free up loading space at the front of the store for you and even help carry your goods out.

Other parking is available in the area and we can happily direct you to this if our car park is full.

We will happily pay your parking for the first hour, simply mention in store. We also offer a FREE delivery service on the vast majority of our products. If for any reason you're thinking of making a major or complex purchase, are within a 10-mile radius, and find it difficult to visit, we will happily come to your home or place of work and carry out a free on-site survey. Give one of our team a call to discuss the best option for you.
