MC performance from a Moving Magnet cartridge
Fitted with a bespoke cantilever and magnet system, the Moonstone takes the Olympia to the next level. Top end response is enhanced once again, giving the Moonstone the frequency response and refinement to match a MC (Moving Coil) design, but without the very low-level output. In short, this is a high quality cartridge that you can readily use in just about any system.
Low resonance body for a natural sound
The low resonance body and generator system helps to reduce distortion, letting you hear a purer, more natural sound. Pure copper internal wiring lets even the tiniest musical detail flow through, unimpeded.
Micron elliptical stylus for a sophisticated sound
Featuring an enhanced, Micron elliptical stylus, the Moonstone sounds super-smooth and refined. The highly polished stylus separates the sound and distinguishes between details better, giving enhanced realism. The improved frequency response also means that this cartridge has a more dynamic sound than the lower models.
Easy installation
Featuring an overhead mounting design with threaded slots, the Moonstone is easy to install and set-up. Replacement styli are also available and easy to fit when required.
