The Triangle Borea BR03 is a larger standmount speaker that’s ideal for using in medium-sized rooms. The full-bodied sound suits a wide range of music and has made these speakers a multiple award-winner. With a high efficiency performance, they’re also suitable for use with lower powered amps and mini hi-fi systems.
Silk dome tweeter for smooth top-end
Equipped with a 25mm EFS silk done tweeter, this Borea speaker produces a smooth yet detailed top-end response. This lets you hear fine detail without the sound becoming harsh or grainy – even at higher volume levels.
Natural vocals combine with strong bass
Made from natural cellulose paper, the woofer is light enough to tease out every nuance of vocal detail – making it sound incredibly natural. The cone also promotes an energetic sound, giving it an especially punchy bass response.

With its larger cabinet and twin, front-firing bass reflex ports, the Borea BR03 goes deeper than you might expect from a standmount speaker. With the bass depth to match compact floorstanders, this is the perfect speaker for achieving powerful bass in smaller rooms.

Great customer service, great product.
Fantastic sounding speakers and look great.
Really impressed by the customer service from Patrick and Matthew. Needed to exchange some speakers and had some issues (of my own creation!). Both went the 'extra mile' by happily resolving my issues reassuringly without any quibbles. Customer service from the two of them is one of the many reasons why I'm a repeat customer at Richer Sounds. A*.

Test speaker while own ones are out for repair
Speakers are nice to listen to considering the price. Not a match for the 33x more costly ls50s, though but good value for money.

Great sound and value!
I bought these a couple weeks ago and am extremely happy with them. They sound very open and clear, and thanks to the front bass port I am more flexible with where I can place them. For this price, you can't go wrong.

Simply stunning
I bought these to replace a pair of Wharfedale 507.2 that had followed me round the world. Not a brand I had heard of and I was even more sceptical when I learned they are French! Did some research and finally went for it when the staff at Richers in Milton Keynes were so enthusiastic about them. Certainly not disappointed and after a few months they are bedding in nicely and sound ever better .

In my opinion, it doesn't get better
Superb response across all frequencies. Surprising bass performance, far better than I was expecting for the price, so much so that I knock back the amp's bass output for normal or high volume. Good performance (this time with a little bass lift) at very low/background levels. My subwoofer is no longer needed.
The units appear solidly made and front covers are secured with usefully strong magnets.
Staff at my Richer shop tirelessly patient, courteous and helpful as usual. Thank you, RS.
