The Acer ApexVision L811 is an ultra-short throw projector that gives you a big screen without the usual projector installation issues. With the projector’s lens just 21cm from the screen, you get a 100 inch image. Pull the projector back a further 10cm and you get a mighty 120 inch image. This means that placing the projector is easy – a cabinet, shelf of bracket placed in front of your screen is all that’s required.
Daytime viewing
Thanks to its laser DLP projector system, this Acer projector is also super-bright - 3000 ANSI. This means that rather than just being for dark rooms only, the L311 is just as happy with daytime viewing.
