Powered by TI TPA3255 and NE5532 chips, the Fosi Audio BT20A MAX delivers an impressive 300 watts per channel (max at 4 ohms, 180 watts RMS). This gives you effortless, room-filling sound, without having to use a full-size amplifier. For a 30% improvement in cooling over the PRO version, the MAX includes a built-in silent fan and side vents. If you fancy a boost in bass, this MAX version of the BT20A now features a handy subwoofer output.
PFFB technology for reduced distortion
Featuring PFFB (Post-Filter Feedback) technology, the BT20A MAX reduces distortion for a purer, more lifelike sound. This Texas Instruments tech corrects the signal from the Class D amplifier, removing errors introduced by previous high frequency filtering. The result is smoother and more natural sound, with a high SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) of 112dB.

With its Qualcomm QCC3095 chip, the BT20A MAX delivers all the best in Bluetooth tech. This Bluetooth 6.0 system supports the sound-enhancing aptX codecs, including aptX HD, aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless for Hi-Res wireless sound. It also supports the Hi-Res LDAC codec, plus AAC for Apple files.

Making the most of the high quality Bluetooth signal, the amp is fitted with a premium CS4398 DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter) from Cirrus Logic. Combined with the high resolution Bluetooth input, it helps deliver a richly-detailed and high-precision sound output.
Dual independent power supply
Powered by a dual-rail power supply, digital and analogue paths are kept separate. Paired with high quality ELNA capacitors, this effectively reduces noise interference, lowering background noise and letting subtle detail shine.

With Bluetooth as a primary source input, it’s easy to link up with your smartphone, tablet, laptop, TV or even a Bluetooth turntable. Switching this on reduces the bass fed to the main speakers, letting the small satellite speakers concentrate on the midrange and treble, while your active subwoofer delivers the bass impact.
