Detailed and spacious sound quality
Configured as two, independent monoblocs and a separate pre-amp, the M5si uses electronic division to create a more positive sound. By having separate channels for the right and left signals, you get less interference between the two, giving a purer, less distorted and more spacious sound.
Mighty power
The M5si uses top quality circuitry that easily enables high current loads. Combined with the use of large output capacitors, the M5si provides an effortless, dynamic sound quality. Deep bass notes hit hard and low. With a mighty 150 watts of power handling per channel, this is one amp that has no problem going ‘loud’, even in larger rooms or with less efficient speakers.
Wide range of inputs
With four line level inputs, the M5si handles all your sources. For recorders there’s a line out. If you want to add an upgraded power amp at a later date, the pre out connections make this possible. Further connectivity highlights include USB-B and phono.
Connect your computer via asynchronous USB-B
A star feature with the M5si is the asynchronous USB interface. This type of USB interface is the best for computer audio as it bypasses your computer’s built-in soundcard and instead utilises the high quality 24-bit DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) built into the M5si. With the amp effectively controlling the output from your computer, it can deliver audio from your computer to its highest potential.
Built-in phono stage
As well as the USB interface and four line level inputs, the M5si comes with a MM (Moving Magnet) phono stage. Offering low distortion and excellent resolution, this is a superior built-in phono stage. If you value your vinyl then this is a great amp to do it justice.
Quality case – in black or silver
Featuring a stylish metal case, the M5si looks as good as it sounds. For the perfect match with your existing system, the case can be had with either a black or silver front panel.
